New Signet Systems HB600-24B, 24 Volt, 19 amp charger. This charger is compatible with part numbers 128537, 129720, 105739, 96211 as it is the same HB600-24B Signet Systems charger. Compatible with Genie, Skyjack, and JLG electric scissor lifts. Automatic Switching-Mode Battery Charger suitable for Genie aerial lifts. The economy version is a high frequency charger. High-frequency chargers have an efficiency of over 90%, this style of charger is therefore extremely cost effective. A high-frequency charger does not have a heavy transformer, this in turn makes the weight of the charger a quarter to one fifth of that of a similar conventional charger.
