Here is the used AUTOMATIC Intelligent FORKLIFT BATTERY CHARGER Enforcer IMPAQ. EI3-JN-4G 24/36/48v 3 phase 208v/220v/240v. Unit was wired/tested with basic 1 phase set up -the main fuse blown -would not power up , the power led light on the modules inside -are on , led screen or indicating lights on the main panel are not powered up. We don't know how to check all of the functions of the unit. There are no charging cables.
