EnerSys enforcer forklift battery charger EI3-HL-4Y BRAND NEW    EnerSys enforcer forklift battery charger EI3-HL-4Y BRAND NEW

This BRAND NEW EnerSys enforcer forklift battery charger. Input side: 3-phase 480 V AC, 50/60 Hz, with the cabinet rated for a defined maximum AC current (for example, up to about 19.2 A in higher-power configurations), and operation only at the nameplate voltage and frequency. Output side: High-frequency DC output sized by internal power modules, with typical EI3 cabinets supporting common traction voltages (such as 24, 36, 48 V and higher cell counts) and maximum DC currents up to about 160 A in the larger EI3 ratings, along with a corresponding maximum battery amp-hour capacity. Supported battery types and profiles.

Designed to charge flooded and sealed lead-acid batteries, along with NexSys® TPPL bloc batteries and other supported chemistries via configurable profiles. Provides multiple programmed charge profiles such as standard flooded (IEI), VRLA, Gel-Bloc, NexSys TPPL (NXBLOC, NXSTND), opportunity charging, and specialized profiles like cold-storage, plus integrated equalize and refresh functions. Uses a microprocessor-controlled system that automatically recognizes connected battery voltage, capacity range, and state of charge within the cabinet's nameplate limits, then applies the appropriate charging curve and coefficient. Features high-frequency power conversion with efficiency up to roughly the mid-90% range for the IMPAQ family, reduced standby consumption (less than about 1 W in standby for current models), and compliance with modern energy-efficiency and safety standards such as CEC and UL. Equipped with an LCD display that shows charger status, battery voltage and charge current, selected profile, firmware version, date/time, and menus for counters (normal/partial charges, fault counts) and configuration. Uses LED indicators for fault (red), charging (yellow), and charge complete / availability (green), with behaviors like flashing for cooling or fault conditions, giving clear at-a-glance status to operators. Supports automatic start when a battery is connected (or via a start button), delayed-start programming, and integrated timers for managing charge windows, making it suitable for fleet and shift-based operations. Includes protections and diagnostics for over-temperature (charger or modules), ventilation issues, improper input conditions, and other faults, with codes recorded in internal logs and displayed so maintenance can act quickly while functions like automatic bypass of a faulted module can allow charging to continue where.
