Big Joe Forklift Battery Charger - BJC1265B - 004970-01 READ For Parts/Repair. We plugged the charger in and it does NOT make any noise and no lights come on. We hooked "jumper" wires from the lead(S) to a 12 volt car battery and still it does NOT make any noise and lights do NOT illuminate. We are not sure if we are "testing" it properly. We took the top off to take photos.

The unit measures approximately 19"H x 12.25"W x 13.5D. Weighs approximately 58 lbs PLUS packing materials. We can double box or palletize it.
